DBT Anxiety & Loneliness Drop-In Group (19+) — Wednesday Nights (Virtual, BC Residents)
This DBT skills drop-in group focuses on standalone skills each session, allowing participants to attend any week without needing prior sessions or ongoing commitment.
The group is designed as a supportive learning space where participants come together in a virtual setting to build practical tools for managing anxiety, loneliness, and emotional distress in everyday life. The emphasis is on practice and reinforcement of DBT skills.
